Conduct analysis customer-level data by applying data-mining techniques to better understand customer needs and insights.Apply descriptive and predictive modeling techniques to extend the right offer for targeted campaign to enhance customer experience.Present key findings and recommendations to business counter parties and senior management on customer relationship management approach and strategic planning.Conduct analysis data from company databases to drive optimization and improvement of strategies, product development and marketing plan.Build customer insights by connecting data from various resources to drive decision making in different areas of the business.Understand key drivers of the business from a customer perspective and prototype reporting for delivery in Tableau by data management team.Use predictive modeling to increase and optimize customer experiences, revenue generation, ad targeting and other business outcomes.
Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, Economics, IT, Marketing or related field.At least 5 years’ experience in Customer Analytics or Data Scientist.Experience in Data Analytics or Data Mining will be an advantage.Strong statistical background and analytical skillsStrong interpersonal, Presentation, communication skills.Good command of written and spoken English.
